To live a happy and fulfilling life, it’s important to have a high vibration frequency. If you’re new to the concept of vibrations and frequencies, then let me explain what I mean.

We, as humans, emit a certain frequency that determines our state of being. When our frequency is high, we feel abundant, happy, and healthy. But when it’s low, we tend to feel stressed or negative.

Positive frequencies vs. Negative frequencies

The world is full of frequencies. Some are positive and some are negative. It’s important to be aware of both kinds and know how to handle them.

Positive frequencies:

The higher the frequency, the more positive it is.

Bliss, freedom, love, joy, and gratitude are all positive on the positive side of the frequencies chart.

Negative frequencies:

The lower the frequency, the more negative it is. Fear, shame, sadness, and lust are all on the negative side of the frequencies chart.

How to Raise Your Vibration Through Meditation

When you meditate, you raise your vibration frequency by focusing on the emotions correlated to high frequencies. When you are meditating, focus on Love, Joy, and gratitude, these are powerful emotions that have deep effects on our energy and vibration.

Examples of thoughts that can bring out these emotions:

Think of a time you felt loved, and also a time you loved someone. Think of your closest friends and family members and how they make you feel, and focus on feeling the love they have for you and the love you have for them.

Think of the things you are most grateful for, I’m talking about the really big and important things to be grateful for like your family, friends, and your health, but also the little things that we take for granted sometimes, like having a delicious meal and some yummy dessert, or even that new series that you love and recently released new episodes that you’re looking forward to.

Joy, think of all the things that bring you joy, your favorite hobbies, your time to rest, and hopefully, your meditation sessions. Achieving personal goals, I mean any sort of goal is to be celebrated. For example, I find joy anytime I raise my online chess rating. Anything that brings you joy is a really powerful emotion.

Goal: Reach the highest frequency possible

When you’re meditating, your ultimate goal should be to reach your highest frequency possible, so you can live out your life in a state of Bliss.

What is bliss? Some may say it’s a state of happiness, but it’s so much more than that. Bliss is a high-frequency vibration that is created when we let go of all resistance and allow ourselves to be in the flow.

When we are in bliss:

We are in alignment with our highest selves and the Universe.

We are connected to our intuition and can attract and manifest our wishes.

We are at peace, and everything just seems to work out in our favor.

If you’ve been feeling stuck or lost, know that it is possible to reach a state of bliss. It’s simply a matter of letting go and surrendering to what is. Trust that you are exactly where you’re supposed to be and allow yourself to flow with the Universe.
